Our removal surveyor will visit your home prior to removal, to conduct a survey of your residence. At the time of the removal survey, the surveyor will discuss important aspects of your move with you and offer advice on what to do before hand.
All of our removal crews are professionally trained and will arrive at your house in full uniform, with the tools required for the job. While the removal crew offloads the packaging materials required for your move, the crew leader will introduce himself to you, and go through your home with you.
On completion of your removal, we ask you to appraise our performance, by completing a performance report sheet.
A packaging box delivery and collection time can be arranged, before and after the move, allowing you time to sort through your personal belongings and get organized.
